Shipping policy

We ship our products to Italy, the countries of the European Union and the United States, directly from Italy. Below you will find all the information on delivery times, costs and methods.

1. Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Orders received at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery times

The times below are estimates in business days, calculated from dispatch of the parcel (i.e. excluding the processing day) and not including any customs delays:

  • Italy: 24-48 business hours for most of the country; 72 hours or more for smaller islands and remote or hard-to-reach locations (e.g. mountain or outlying areas).

  • European Union: standard shipping 4-8 business days; express shipping 1-2 business days.

  • United States: standard shipping 7-14 business days; express shipping 4-8 business days. Customs clearance may extend these times.

These times are indicative and non-binding, without prejudice to the maximum delivery deadline in Section 10. They may vary due to external factors such as weather, public holidays, exceptional order peaks, or carrier or customs delays. In the event of particularly high volumes, we will nevertheless dispatch every order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping costs and options

The available shipping options (standard/express) and their costs are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the destination and the method selected, before you confirm your order. Any free-shipping promotions will be indicated on the Site or at checkout.

4. Carriers

Shipments are handled by selected national and international express couriers, chosen to ensure fast and secure delivery.

5. Order tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

6. Delivery address

Please check carefully the delivery address you enter when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the Customer.

7. Failed delivery and unclaimed parcels

If the parcel is not delivered because the recipient is absent, the address is incorrect or incomplete, or it is not collected within the holding period, and is therefore returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment upon payment of the related redelivery costs.

8. Loss or damage in transit

The risk of loss of or damage to the products during transit remains with us until you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the products. If your parcel arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us: depending on the circumstances, we will arrange a new shipment or a refund, at no cost to you. Where possible, we recommend reporting visible packaging damage within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographs. For Business Customers (B2B), risk passes on delivery of the product to the first carrier.

9. Customs, duties and taxes (deliveries outside the EU, including the United States)

Shipments to destinations outside the European Union, including the United States, may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country.

Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, these amounts are payable by the Customer and are requested by the carrier or the customs authorities at the time of clearance or delivery; they are not included in the product price or in the shipping costs. Please take this into account before completing your purchase. If customs charges are not paid, the shipment may be held or returned to us; in that case, Section 7 applies.

For shipments within Italy and the other European Union countries, no duties or customs charges are due, as these are shipments within the single market.

10. Maximum delivery deadline

Unless otherwise agreed, we deliver the products without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of conclusion of the contract (Article 61 of the Italian Consumer Code). Should we fail to meet this deadline, you have the right to ask us to deliver within an additional reasonable period and, if we still fail to do so, to terminate the contract and obtain a refund.
